Our client is the owner of an AI-powered guest communication platform for short-term rentals, supporting 80+ languages
Requirements
3+ years closing B2B SaaS or tech deals directly to end customers (not reselling, not inbound-only)
Proven track record of hitting quota in outbound, full-cycle sales roles
Native or near-native English (C1+). Additional major language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Arabic) is a strong plus
Comfortable running demos of a product, handling technical questions, and articulating ROI in financial terms
Self-starter mentality — you've worked remote/distributed before and you manage your own pipeline without being micromanaged
You want to build something, not just clock a quota at a mature org
Direct experience in hospitality / short-term rentals / proptech / travel tech
Existing network among property managers, Airbnb Superhosts, or PMS ecosystem
Experience transitioning from individual contributor to first-sales-hire / player-coach
