  • Administrative support of the company (managing documents, employee personal files creation)
  • Recruitment offer publishing, using internal company systems
  • Conversations with candidates in Romanian, providing details of offers
  • Maintaining positive relations with candidates
  • Coordination of recruitment processes
Poszukiwane kompetencje

Client does not require HR experience. Candidates will be onboarded and trained at the beginning of the employment.

  • Romanian knowledge at C1 level
  • English knowledge at B2 level or above
  • Experience in Customer Service, HR department, Sales or administration is welcome
  • Positive, pro-active approach
  • Independence
