Opis oferty For Our Client we are currently looking for experienced and skilled Team Leader to join and manage Customer Service Team based in Kraków. 
Zakres obowiązków
  • Actively managing a team of Customer Service Agents on a day to day basis including coaching, training & development
  • Providing feedback and follow up on performance of tasks to Agents
  • Responding and take action to customer concerns and complaints
  • Ensuring work is appropriately distributed and completed within the team accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company guidelines and policies
  • Communicating solutions, successes and opportunities to staff
  • Supervising and training associates on customer service best practice as well as all other pertinent policies.
Poszukiwane kompetencje
  • Minimum  3 years’ experience in Customer services department
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading a team
  • Perfect communication skills both verbal and written are essential for the role
  • Genuine ability to coach others and have adequate skills to conduct difficult conversation when needed
  • Effective organizational skills to plan work schedules and manage multiple projects/plans.
  • Ability to document process and tools in detailed standards.
